Interior Alterations at a Williamsburg Condominium.

2 Northside Piers is a recently constructed luxury condominium on the Williamsburg waterfront.

KTA was retained to design an interior alteration of the building’s pool and gym facilities which included removal of an ornamental stair to produce two distinct and separate spaces. The scope involved the relocation of various mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and structural systems, as well as specification of high-end interior finishes. KTA collaborated with MEP and structural consultants on this project.
