Nestled along the waterfront, 9425 and 9437 Shore Road are twin pre-war residential buildings, which overlook The Narrows Waterfront and the Verrazano Bridge, in the neighborhood of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The sister buildings are constructed out of masonry of several brick colors with stone accents such as bluestone and marble dotted throughout the façade. KTA’s scope at this building included a façade and roof repair program, which included masonry repairs, roof replacement, bulkhead repairs as well as reconstructive repairs to the expansive balconies surrounding the buildings.
