503 Broadway - 503 Broadway is a cast iron and masonry commercial building in SoHo, built in 1877 by architect J.B. Snook. The project consisted of a conditions survey, rope access mapping of the deteriorated areas of cast iron to be repaired, probes, creation of construction documents, bidding, bid analysis, working with Landmarks Preservation Commission, and managing the construction administration phase.
