Concrete block infill structure with brick cladding and wood, cast iron, and wrought iron façade ornamentation.

This four story Federal/Italianate style rowhouse building located in the NoHo Historic District required the coordination of extensive façade repairs, involving restoration of the wood cornice, cast iron storefront, and masonry. This project required the fabrication of new cast iron column capitals, ornamental florets, and a four foot section of second floor water table.
