Eve Kaufman

Eve Kaufman holds a degree from Scripps College in Environmental Analysis along with a Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute. During her time at Scripps, Eve interned at the local Claremont historic society, spending her days studying and working with their archive of blueprints of notable midcentury houses. She was also responsible for organizing the city records of various projects at a broad range of scales. This research and hands on experience led Eve to form her passion for restoration and preservation, and eventually bolstered her decision to attend Pratt for a formal training in architecture. At Pratt, Eve focused her studies on sustainable construction practices and adaptive reuse strategies. To support this interest, she opted to take electives through the Historic Preservation school, delving further into the logistics of the field. During these years, Eve began interning at Kamen Tall Architects over summers and is now, upon the completion of her degree, a full-time employee at the firm.
